Twinkie Sushi

A friend of mine gave me The Twinkie Cookbook a couple of days ago. There were a ton of cute things in there. This is the first one the boys and I made. It looked cuter in the book, but we couldn't find all of the stuff they used. They still came out cute and the boys had fun. Mind you, they are 13 and 14 and they still enjoyed it. We used Fruit by the Foot for the seaweed. In the book they had used those fruit leather smooshed fruit, but I couldn't find any in green. We used fruit gummies for the inside stuff.

    thanks for the kind words on the frog. funny that you said "an honor"...i look at it the same way. i feel honored to have experienced the loss of a child. very weird, i know...but, i learned so much from it, that i would absolutely do it all over again in a heartbeat if given the opportunity. painful...yes. rewarding...ABSOLUTELY!

    my boy was sick and was suffering...we were lucky to have 10months and 21 days with him! that was good enough!!
